Terms of Sale and Licence

Who we are

MOMAME PTY LTD (ABN 54 678 334 168), Australia ("we", "us"). We sell digital templates and tools ("products").

What you are buying

A digital download. Nothing is posted. You receive a link or file after payment. Download and save it soon after buying. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any tax collected at checkout. On our own store, Link (Stripe) is the seller of record and handles payment and sales tax in the 80+ countries it covers. On Etsy, Etsy's terms also apply.

Your licence

We keep ownership of the product. When you buy, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as set out below.

Personal use (standard price): use it for yourself or your own business's internal work. Make copies for your own devices and backups. You may edit the template to fit your needs.

Commercial use: included. You may use the templates in your own business and with your own clients (for example, send a completed document to a client), but you may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away, upload or lease the product or its files, edited or not;
• offer it as your own product, or as part of a template pack, kit or course you sell;
• claim you created it;
• put it where others can download it freely.

One purchase is one licence for one person or one business. Teams need one licence per user.

Templates are general tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or engineering advice. Check they suit your situation, and get professional advice where it matters. No result or income is promised.

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing here limits them. See our Refund Policy.

Misuse

If you break the licence, we may end it and ask you to delete the product.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version at the time of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and do not remove any right you have under the consumer law of where you live.
