Buying alone is not consent to marketing. Etsy buyers are not added to the list unless they opt in through our form. Do not import Etsy buyer emails.

Rules for the operator

  1. Record each subscriber's address, date and time, and where they signed up. Keep it as proof of consent.
  2. Every marketing email names MOMAME PTY LTD as sender and gives working contact details (valid for at least 30 days after sending).
  3. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link, free to use. Unsubscribes take effect within 5 business days of the request (we action them immediately). Unsubscribing never needs a login, password or extra personal details, and the link works for at least 30 days after sending.
  4. Never email bought, scraped or borrowed lists.
  5. Do not message anyone who unsubscribed, including from a new list.
  6. Receipts and delivery emails for a purchase are transactional, but a promotional add-on in them still needs consent.
