Privacy Policy

MOMAME PTY LTD (ABN 54 678 334 168) ("we") runs this shop. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and its Australian Privacy Principles, even where a small business is not strictly required to. If you are in the EU, UK or elsewhere, we also try to meet your local rules where they apply.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, country, and what you bought. Our own store's checkout provider collects this and your payment details.
- Email list: we do not run an email list yet. If we start one, we will update this policy first.
- Messages: what you send us when you contact support.
- Website use: we do not use any analytics tool. Our web host keeps standard technical logs to run and protect the site.
We do not see or store your card number.
Why we use it
To deliver your purchase, give support, meet tax and legal duties, and keep the shop running and secure.
Who else holds it
- Link (Stripe), the seller of record for our own store. It processes payment and tax, and holds order and payment data under its own privacy policy: https://stripe.com/au/privacy.
- Etsy, for purchases made on Etsy. Etsy holds that data under its own policy. We only see what Etsy shows sellers.
- Resend, which sends the email containing your download link for our own store. It receives your email address and the order details in that email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, stores the download files, and forwards emails sent to our support address.
Some of these are overseas (for example the United States and Europe), so your information may be held outside Australia. We do not sell or rent your information, or swap lists.
We do not use a marketing email tool and do not send marketing emails. If we add one, we will update this policy first, and we will email you marketing only if you agree (see the Email Consent page). Order, receipt and download emails are not marketing and still go out.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use any analytics tool, tracking cookies or advertising cookies. If we add one, we will update this policy first.
Keeping it safe, and how long
We use reputable providers and limit who can see it. We keep order and financial records for at least seven years, as Australian company and tax law requires. We keep support messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you (subject to records we must keep). Our-store buyers can ask Link to delete their data. Link cancels related subscriptions and deletes the transaction data. Email support@crewfern.com. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
